Meet Our Team

Claire Spada, OCPC joined PGNO in May 2022. She has over 15 years of experience in the prevention field in a variety of different capacities, with problem gambling being a major focus in her previous role. In Claire’s role, she oversees trainings, including the statewide conference, and works with local boards and providers on engaging in best practices for treatment and prevention services.

Amy joined PGNO as the Clinical Director in July 2026,and has been working as a clinical psychologist in community behavioral healthcare with adults, adolescents, and children, as well as working with juveniles and adults in a criminal justice setting. Amy has experience as a Clinical Director in a variety of settings and looks forward to using these skills and experiences to assist the senior leadership in overseeing the clinical operations, quality assurance, and strategic development of the organization’s treatment and recovery support services. Amy received her Psy.D. from Xavier University in 2005.

Natalie Alexander is the Community Prevention Manager at the Problem Gambling Network of Ohio, bringing over 15 years of experience in capacity building, education, change management, and prevention. Passionate about addressing community needs through education, her work has spanned the medical, educational, and nonprofit sectors. In her current role, Natalie leads and supports key initiatives, including Agency Service Consultation, Community Readiness Assessment, Logic Model and Evaluation Planning, the Prevention Fellowship, and Board Report Analysis and Outreach. Her efforts focus on ensuring service excellence and fostering meaningful, measurable outcomes.

Katrina has been immersed in gambling services since 2016, offering not only treatment and education, but also serving as a warm transfer specialist for the Problem Gambling Helpline of Ohio since 2020. In 2019, she successfully completed the Ohio Gambling Treatment Fellowship and remains actively engaged in delivering gambling services via the Ohio Gambling Telehealth Network ensuring accessible and effective support to individuals across the state.

Jessica Wright joined PGNO as Prevention Coordinator in 2026. She brings experience coordinating statewide prevention and mental health education initiatives across Ohio. Jessica is passionate about expanding access to prevention education, building strong community partnerships, and helping people recognize risks before challenges escalate.

Cecilia joined PGNO in June of 2026 as a Prevention Coordinator, where she supports the programming needs of the prevention team. Cecilia has a background in Psychology, as well as research experience examining language and cognitive development. Professionally, she brings experience as a school-based prevention practitioner, having implemented evidence-based prevention programs aimed at reducing risk of substance use, violence, and suicide. Cecilia values communication above all else and believes that building strong connections with others is the way to produce positive change in the world. She is looking forward to continuing this pursuit at PGNO!

Josh is a skilled development professional with more than eight years of experience in the non-profit sector. Josh joined Problem Gambling Network of Ohio as the Engagement Manager and is eager to use his experience to enhance PGNO's membership, fundraising efforts, and advocacy. Josh’s strengths lie in communication, and relationship building, driven by his passion for helping people.

Alexis joined PGNO as Events and Education Manager in June 2025. Alexis has a background in non-profit work and is excited to bring her experience planning events and coordinating training to PGNO. Alexis loves helping her community and providing opportunities for individuals to learn and develop skills.

Kelly is excited to join PGNO as the Community Impact Coordinator. With a background in Public Health from Purdue University, she is passionate about collaborating with community-based organizations to promote overall wellbeing. Kelly looks forward to contributing to the impactful programs at PGNO!

MacKenzie joined PGNO in May 2026, bringing with her a dual background in social work and public health to support both PGNO and OGTN’s programming and clinical needs. With a blended background in social work and public health, she views every policy, trend, and data point through the lens of human impact. For her, the work is always about advocating for the people behind the numbers. 

Tony joined PGNO in May 2026. He brings a background in public health, with experience in environmental health, health education & promotion, and regulatory compliance. Tony also brings higher education & student affairs experience, where he practiced mentorship, conference planning, programming. Tony is deeply passionate about building strong communities, and is excited to work with the PGNO community to help built a stronger gambling service system across the state.

Kennidy has joined our team as the Administrative Assistant. She provides administrative support to our team, engages with clients, and manages the day-to-day operations at our central office. She is adamant about making a positive change and thrives most when helping others.
