Ohio Problem Gambling Clinical Fellowship Application

Applicants must meet all of the following criteria:

Hold an active clinical license issued by the Ohio CSWMFT Board or OCDP Board.
CDCA, SWA, CT, prevention credentials, and other non-clinical licenses are not eligible.
Maintain an active caseload that includes individuals experiencing gambling-related harm.
Have completed a minimum of 30 hours of gambling-specific education.
Hold one of the following:
Preliminary Gambling Endorsement (GAMBp)
Renewable Gambling Endorsement (GAMB)
Gambling Disorder Competency recognized by the CSWMFT Board (minimum of 30 hours gambling-specific education)

September 25, 2026 - June 11, 2027

Each Fellow (or their employing agency) will receive a $2,500 stipend to offset costs associated with participation, including:

Stipend funds may be issued to the Fellow or the agency that employs the Fellow. This should be determined in conjunction with the Fellow’s employer.

Why you are interested in participating in the Ohio Problem Gambling Clinical Fellowship.
How participation in the Fellowship will enhance your clinical practice.
How you intend to apply the knowledge gained to strengthen gambling treatment services within your organization and/or community.
How you hope to contribute to the continued growth of Ohio's gambling treatment workforce.
