Get to Know Agency Service Consultation: Info Session and Q&A Opportunity

Join PGNO for an informational Q&A session to learn more about the Agency Service Consultation Project!

Agency Service Consultation is a three-phase project that uses a consultation model to help prevention and treatment agencies across Ohio integrate gambling prevention and treatment strategies into their organizational culture and service delivery. The goal is a strengthened approach to addressing gambling-related harms across prevention, care, and support services statewide.

By enhancing workforce development and service delivery throughout the continuum of care, from intake and assessment to referral pathways, clinical and prevention services, marketing and communications, and internal policy, PGNO works directly with agency leadership on systemic change to embed gambling disorder prevention and treatment into agency systems and culture.

Participants will receive an overview of the program, including its purpose, eligibility requirements, program timeline, stipend information, and application process. This session will conclude with an opportunity for Q&A providing participants the opportunity to ask questions. 

Applications for the Agency Service Consultation Grant are due Monday, September 21, 2026.

Presenters: 

Natalie Alexander, Community Prevention Manager

Natalie is the Community Prevention Manager at the Problem Gambling Network of Ohio, bringing over 15 years of experience in capacity building, education, change management, and prevention. Passionate about addressing community needs through education, her work has spanned the medical, educational, and nonprofit sectors. In her current role, Natalie leads and supports key initiatives, including the Problem Gambling Agency Service Consultation, Community Readiness Assessment and Strategic Planning, Prevention Fellowship, and Board Report Analysis and Outreach projects. Her efforts focus on ensuring service excellence and fostering meaningful, measurable outcomes.

Jessica Wright, Prevention Coordinator

Jessica Wright,  BS, RA, MBA Candidate joined PGNO as a Prevention Coordinator in 2026. She brings experience coordinating statewide prevention and mental health education initiatives across Ohio. Jessica is passionate about expanding access to prevention education, building strong community partnerships, and helping people recognize risk before challenges escalate.

Cecilia Carlisle, Prevention Coordinator

Cecilia Carlisle, OCPSA, CDCA, joined PGNO in 2026 as a Prevention Coordinator. Cecilia has an academic background in Psychology, as well as research experience examining language and cognitive development. Professionally, she has experience as a school-based prevention practitioner, having implemented evidence-based prevention programs aimed at reducing risk of substance use, violence, and suicide in grades K-9. Cecilia values communication above all else and believes that building strong connections with others is the way to produce positive change in the world. In her role at PGNO, Cecilia contributes to many projects, including the Campaign Navigation and Network Building programs, focusing on building PGNO’s support in statewide campaigns and coalitions. 

Kelly Haddow, Community Impact Coordinator

Kelly Haddow is the Community Impact Coordinator at the Problem Gambling Network of Ohio. With a background in Public Health from Purdue University, she is passionate about collaborating with community-based organizations to increase overall wellbeing and advance health equity. Her experiences include research, data analysis, and purposeful communications aimed at promoting social determinants of health and resilience for priority populations including families experiencing homelessness, veterans and service members, Burmese migrants in Thailand, and individuals and communities impacted by problem gambling. In her current role, Kelly supports initiatives such as the Logic Model and Evaluation Planning Grant, Agency Service Consultation, and the Board Report Analysis and Outreach project, helping communities leverage data to strengthen public health and quality of life. 

Learning Objectives:

• Participants will learn the purpose, eligibility criteria, timeline, and application process for Agency Service Consultation.
• Participants will identify how participating in the consultation process can strengthen and integrate their agency's existing problem gambling services.
• Participants will understand the types of support available throughout the consultation process, including funding, training, and technical assistance.
